I've been trading in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years. I have won multiple Centurian Awards, been a Top Listing Agent, been top 5% in all of Canada.I have wide experience in Real Estate transactions, namely; Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Investments and Real Estate Consulting.

I am currently focused on Land Developing, Selling Hotels, Gas Stations, Farms, and Businesses. I'm proud to say I have been involved in over 500 transactions of this kind, and am still doing more!

Since I arrived in Canada, I have dedicated my life creating and managing Real Estate Brokerages. My latest Brokerage, Century 21 SkyLark, has won consecutive Centurian Awards since 2011!

Currently, I'm working along side my son, Manjit, which enables me to focus on larger corporate deals that require my time and experience. 

Personally, I've learned very much from my experiences in east Africa, where I grew up, and India, where I received my post-secondary education at the Sainik School in Chittorgarh (Rajasthan.) I've had the opportunity to walk steps with the world renowned Sherpa, Tenzing Norgay in Darjeeling at Himalayan Mountaineering Institute of India who was the first to climb Everest, along with Sir, Edmond Hillary. 

I moved to UK in 1966,where I got married to wonderful lady from Nairobi (Kenya) in 1971, then I moved to Canada in 1979.

Personally, I am a father of 2 wonderful children, and grandfather to 3.
